Garry Davis practices immigration law exclusively. His proficiency encompasses all areas of immigration law, with special focus on deportation family immigration, defense, employment immigration, federal and appeals court litigation and investment immigration.

Mr. Garry Davis was born in 1973 in Houston, Texas where he graduated with honors from Humble High School in 1991. In 1997, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Japanese at Brigham Young University. While in college, he served a 2-year church mission to Okinawa, Japan. In 2000, he obtained his Juris Doctorate (law degree) from the University of Texas at Austin, and was accepted to the Texas Bar that year.

Mr. Davis is also extremely experienced in counseling immigrants and criminal defense lawyers about the immigration results of criminal activity.

Distinguished among his peers, Mr. Davis obtained Board Certification in Immigration and Nationality Law in 2005 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Twice, US News and World Report picked his firm as one of the Best Law Firms in America, Texas Monthly Magazine has identified him as a Rising Star Super Lawyer 6 times, and US News and World Report identified him as one of the Best Lawyers in America 4 times.

His community outreach efforts also include speaking on immigration issues at local churches and schools to educate on immigration law and options for those seeking legal status in the US. He has twice been to Pakistan to speak at various Chambers of Commerce on options for immigrating to the US.
